John has been the Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at Columbus Academy for 12 years. As an alumnus of the academy, he began his 24-year education career there as a math teacher and coach. He then joined the school’s administration in stages: first as Chair of Mathematics, moving to Upper School Scheduler, then to Upper School Dean of Students. He has also served as an Upper School Advisor and CLS Secretary.
John earned his Bachelor of Arts from University of Virginia. He and his wife, Liz, have three sons.
