How do you evaluate and supervise them as you are getting to know your own job? How can you use this opportunity, as a new person in the office, to assess work flow and product and make adjustments to ensure a more efficient office. What is the right management technique for a small staff? what is your leadership style and how do you manage that?
Demographic Data: How to use it to make you look good!
Everyone talks about DASL - what is it and how to do I use it. This hands-on session will demonstrate how to use this very important tool. 
Board Reports: Why they matter 
One of the best ways to support your head of school and position yourself as a strategic thought leader at your school is to develop a board report that is compelling, professional, and provides a level of information that the board cannot get elsewhere. What does that look like. In this session, you will learn about examples experienced Admission Directors used. 
Head of School and Director of Admission partnership: How to build a strong relationship
This session will include a sitting head of school and her Director of Admission and discuss the importance of a strong working relationship.
Legal Issues in Admission
A review of legal issues that all Admission Directors need to be aware of. Issues include legal validity of online signatures, defamation claims, claims of abuse and legal requirements of record keeping.
How to build an Admission Committee to meet your enrollment goals 
This session will talk about different types of Admission committees; ways to select, build, motivate, manage, and ensure consistency. The presenter should identify 10 other AISAP schools of different types and talk about the different options and types of committees.
Trends in Independent School Enrollment 
This session will review basic NAIS data about independent school enrollment trends and forecasts.
Reaching out to the troops before you have to call in the troops  
Real hands on session: walk away with handout that lists people to reach out to for certain issues 
The information funnel 
How to manage the flow of information - emails, memos, meetings, phone calls, conversations.  How to keep track?
Ask the Admission Director   
Seeking Advice? - two experienced members of the consultancy service team will be available during 2 - 3 sessions in a meeting room for a "drop-in" session.  You will get the chance to sit for a session and meet with experienced admission directors to discuss whatever topic they need to discuss.
