Alison Park is the founder of Blink Consulting, an educational consultancy that is critically rethinking diversity. Since 2005, Blink has collaborated with over 70 schools, as well as private, government and community-based organizations to help create communities where all children, youth and adults can thrive. In addition to her work with clients, Alison has served on Park Day School’s Board of Trustees and facilitated at numerous conferences including: the CA Association of Independent Schools, CAIS’ Heads and Trustees, National Association of Independent Schools, National Partnership for Educational Access, Northwest Association of Independent Schools, People of Color, Private Schools with Public Purpose and White Privilege. Alison currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Mosaic Project and the SMART program’s Board of Directors. Before Blink, Alison taught for thirteen years in the public, non-profit and private sectors.
