All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Ron Crampton at billing@aisap.org or faxed to 203-905-6802
Cancellations received on or prior to April 15th will forfeit a $200 administrative fee.
Cancellations received between April 16 - June 15th will forfeit a $500 administrative fee.
Cancellations received June 16th or later will not be eligible for a refund.
