Enrollment management is not a quick fix to successfully enroll a school.  Planning for enrollment management not only necessitates time but also requires a coordinated system in which schools must cut across the traditional boundaries of specific office functions in order to enroll and retain students.  Most importantly, it demands a strong partnership between the Head of School and Director of Admission to successfully implement and lead an enrollment management plan to guide the future of the school, especially when guided by the school's strategic plan.
