Bio: Joy has worked in field of technology for over 15 years with a focus on databases and ensuring data accuracy. She spent the past 10 years in the roles of Technology Manager and Database Manager in independent schools prior to joining NAIS a year ago. Joy is passionate about education and dedicated to helping the independent school community. On the DASL (Data and Analysis for School Leadership) team at NAIS, she brings her skills and expertise to leading the design and development of data collection efforts across the independent school sector. Joy also has her own band that performs both original and cover Americana music in the DC Metro Area.
