Part 3: Net Tuition Discounting, Revenue, and Financial Sustainability

How can we really sustain ourselves at some of these over 40k (day schools) or over 55k (boarding schools)?  How will net tuition models be introduced to your community?  What is the most effective way to determine agent fees, and how is that budgeted?  What are ways for schools to develop auxiliary income programs (finding home stays for day schools, filling in the desks, rentals of facilities in a major way, weekend study academies for the elderly, etc.)
