Leadership Summit Description:
Demographics, marketing, competition,, financial aid,
sustainability. Never before have Independent Schools faced such
daunting challenges. Schools need a multi-dimensional plan to climb out
of the “weeds” and into a bright and plentiful future.
This 2 ½ day workshop is uniquely qualified to help your
school create its own pathway to success.
We strongly encourage you to bring a team of colleagues to the conference. The
program is team based and catered towards groups of 3-5 trustees,
admissions officers, HoS and CFO’s. It should not be a deterrent if you
cannot bring the entire group, but you will be faced with much more
success by having others from your institution taking part in the
exercises throughout the conference.
You will
work together to understand the landscape, determine what’s blocking
your path, and lay new groundwork for your enrollment plan.
The Schedule Includes:
Day One-
4 PM- Check in and Introductions: “Whats’ Your Brand?”
6 PM- Dinner and Remarks – 21K Education. Clear Pathway, or a Bumpy Road?
7:30 PM- Initial team Meeting – Framing the Problem (TG and GM to facilitate)
Day Two-
8:30 AM- Review the day’s schedule
8:45- 9:30 AM- Demographics- What’s the Landscape for Your School?
9:30-10 :15 AM- Teams Research and report out on Demographics
10:15-10:45- AM Break
10:45- Noon- Sustainability- Defining Your School’s Picture
Noon- 1:00 PM- Working Lunch with team- What have We Heard so far?
1:00-2:30 PM- Report Out- Groups share their picture. to date, and define the next steps
2:30- 3:00 PM- Break
3:00-5:00 PM- Telling Your Story- Independent School Marketing in the 21st Century
5:30 PM Adjourn- Dinner on Your own
Day Three-
8:00 AM- Breakfast
8:30 AM- Reviewing the Landscape- Tilling the fertile Ground
9:30- 10:45 AM- Team work on constructing the Plan
10:45 to Noon- Group Report Out
Noon- 1:00 PM- Working Lunch and Final Thoughts
