Event Description

This three-day workshop is the flagship program of the Five Pillars Strategy.  Almost 200 individuals have participated in this program.  References can be obtained by clicking here.  This program combines the Marketing-to-Full-pay 211 and 401 workshops into a high-level marketing strategy to recruit full-pay families.  You will understand what you need to do to get the most out of admission events, advertisements, viewbook, videos, social media and more.  Why?  Because you understand the marketing strategies necessary to ensure these communication instruments are addressing the needs of the full-pay family.

Strategic Goals

  • Demonstrate an understanding of The Five Pillar strategy
  • Understand and identify the motivations for families giving up their free public school option
  • Identify your school’s Five Pillars Paradigm (uniqueness map) which will compel a family to enroll
  • Articulate your core strengths and beliefs in a manner that will develop future disciples.

Tactical Goals

  • Learn to develop compelling headlines for advertisement
  • Create marketing content that draws in the customer
  • Review and interpret data to better know your families
  • Create new ways to construct your marketing events from the viewpoint of the customer

Bio:  My name is Claude Anderson, the creator of the Marketingtofullpay.com site.   In 1995, I started my first job as a director of admission.  Although my first two seasons were successful,  I wasn’t sure that I had the right mix of marketing strategies to ensure future success in what can be an unpredictable market place.  Partly driven by fear of failure in any given year, I made it my goal to find a strategy that would be dependable and give me a higher level of confidence in this uncontrollable environment.  Over the last 17 years, I have been successfully developing these strategies in real-time and sharing my ideas with others, working with over 1000 admission, marketing, communication, development professionals, as well as heads of school and trustees.  I have committed myself to bringing great training to the profession and look forward to working with you in the future.
