Part 1 of the 4-part Master Class Series:

Three Financial Levers

Independent schools have the most control or influence over three primary and integrated financial components:  Price and Cost; Enrollment; and Gifts.  This webinar explores the relationship between the three levers, demonstrating how decisions in one area ripple out with significant effects in others.  A sustainable financial model takes into consideration the position of each lever to stabilize and optimize the others.
