In our schools, when we craft our admissions and marketing collateral, we consider the marketing angles of our brand promise, how we summarize our 'essence' and what differentiates us from other options in the educational marketplace. We tend more rarely to ask ourselves what our customer experience mission is, that is, how our families should feel after encountering our schools. This session will explore processes we put in place to ensure this happens at steps along the way for our clientele, both current and prospective.
