  Aileen Moodie, Associate Director of Admission, St. Andrew's Episcopal School

Bio:  Aileen Moodie serves as Associate Director for Admission at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Potomac, Maryland, a preschool through grade 12 school of approximately 580 students. She has been at St. Andrew’s for the past 15 years as a member of both faculty and staff. In addition to handling admission for grades 3 through 8, Aileen runs the Student Ambassador program and oversees a group of parent volunteer ambassadors, as well as organizing shadow visits for the students in grades 3 through 8. Aileen has taught Latin at both the Middle and High School levels and currently serves as Secretary for the St. Andrew’s chapter of The Cum Laude Society. Prior to her work in the admission field, she was a freelance editor specializing in international affairs and medical reporting. A graduate of Duke University and the University of Toronto, Aileen is the mother of two grown children, both alums of private schools, and enjoys reading, gardening, and travel.
