Ever wonder how your school got to be known as being good at some things and less so at others? Do you find that prospective families have a preconceived notion of the kinds of kids and families you serve? What about at the senior administrative team level, what do your peers say about mission appropriate students and families? This session will provide a method for identifying the kids you serve, the families that are attracted to your school, and give you a playbook for engaging your senior leadership team in an exercise that will help your school better define who it attracts, who it serves, and how it wants to proceed with this valuable information. We’ll discuss ways to better target the audiences you want to reach through ambassadorship and defining your school’s value proposition.
