Alisa Evans is the director of business development for the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), and for School and Student Services (SSS By NAIS).
Prior to joining NAIS, Evans spent ten years as a regional director and then assistant vice president of market development for a $70 million student loan program that serves the private primary and secondary school market.
Evans, also a former small business owner, published a memoir about the death of a small business titled, "Rolling In Dough, Or So I Thought, The Death Of A Small Business
." She lives in Redlands, CA with her husband and 4 and 2 year old son and daughter, who both attend an independent school locally.
