Webinar: "CAEP Kickoff and Q&A"

Presenter:  Robin Seiler, Director of Certification and Consultancy, AISAP

Bio:  Robin Seiler brings over 15 years of independent school administrative experience to her role as Admission and Enrollment Management Consultant.  Her keen sense of understanding school culture and the broader community, in addition to her collaborative leadership style, have resulted in the development of a large spectrum of programs that contributed to an increase in applications, enrollment, and retention. Examples of these accomplishments include; Creation of Middle School Merit Scholarship Program and Upper School Merit Scholarship program application process, active participant in establishing a Junior Kindergarten program, and the restoration of revenue generating Exchange Student program.Robin has served as a faculty member and Cohort leader at the 2013 and 2014 AISAP Summer Institute, a past presenter at the NAIS, SSS Annual Conference, and an ISACS Accreditation Team Member. Robin and her husband Jim are the proud parents of two Louisville Collegiate School Graduates.

 

Presenter: Ray Diffley, Director of Admission, Choate Rosemary Hall

Bio:  Mr. Diffley came to Choate in 1993. He graduated from Bowdoin College in 1991 and in 2004 completed his Master’s degree at Wesleyan University where he became expert in applicant assessment through his study of psychology and the latest assessment tools, including Robert Sternberg’s Successful Intelligence.

Mr. Diffley serves on the Board of Trustees of AISAP (Association of Independent School Admission Professionals) where he has a keen interest in raising the bar on all aspects of the role of an admission officer, and in particular, that of assessing candidates for success and matching them with the right school environment.
