In this session, I will talk through mistakes that happened in year one of the Admissions Cycle, and tell New Admissions Directors what they wish they would have known! We all have blind spots and areas of vulnerability, but often there are small things we can do to adjust to avoid mistakes. Be proactive. Come and learn from these survivors about what they will change and improve in year two.

Alice Dickherber, Director of Admissions, Saint Louis Priory School

Bio:  Alice is just starting her second year as Admissions Director at Saint Louis Priory School, an all-boys, Catholic school serving grades 7-12 in St. Louis, Missouri. After five years as a practicing attorney, Alice transitioned into the admissions world by taking a position as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Saint Louis University School of Law. She spent six years at SLU LAW before joining Priory in 2016. At Priory, Alice leads a unique team of assistant directors (one is a priest, one is the basketball coach) and couldn’t survive without her communications director and her assistant headmaster!
