In one year, without changing the percentage of students who moved from the area, our school was able to cut attrition in half going from 10% to a little over 5%. This year implemented more retention strategies and are 150 contracts ahead of where we were this time last year. I will share some common sense strategies for engaging your parents, coordinating retention efforts, and managing your returning numbers.
