About Me:
This tab leads you to the data entry portion of the survey. You may login and logout at anytime. You do not need to complete the survey all at once. You may proceed in any order. The progress bar at the bottom of the page will show you the percentage of questions that you've answered.
Compare Tab:
This tab leads you to metric-by-metric comparisons of data gathered through the Pathways survey. Numeric metric comparisons are presented in line charts. Multiple choice metric comparisons are presented in bar charts. Each non-free text metric has a pop-up chart that you can download to PowerPoint or PDF - just click on the pop-up chart icon.
Filters:
AISAP has provided many customized filters for you to use to drill down in the database to show how you compare to specific subsets. Available filters include school location, school demographics and financials. You may choose to use no filters, use one filter or layer filters. Filtering gives you the ultimate benchmarking tool where you decide the most important comparison factors. Participant anonymity is guaranteed as results will never be displayed unless enough data points have been returned.
Reports & Charts Tab:
This tab leads you to this platform's powerful built-in automated report generator. To access your dynamically generated PowerPoint slide deck, select the "Reports & Charts" tab and download your reports. Reports can be viewed online, saved as PDFs, printed, emailed, etc. You can use your filters here to run the reports on subsets of data.
Copy Previous Year's Data:
If you have entered data for the year prior to the year that you are currently entering, you have the option to copy the answers from the previous year into this year on a page-by-page basis. If you've already answered questions for the current year, the previous year's data will not overwrite your current answers. If you are on a page that you'd like to copy the previous year's answers into the current year, simply click on the button "Copy Prior Year Data".
Survey Question Organizer:
This Data Collection Worksheet is a downloadable EXCEL spreadsheet that will help you to collect the information needed to answer all of the questions on this platform. It contains all of the questions and their associated help text and can be easily printed.

This Quick Start Guide is a downloadable PDF that is your complete guide that to using this platform. It will answer most of your "how to" questions.
