Membership Classes (As stated in the AISAP by-laws)
Membership Class | Description |
Regular Member Schools | Nonprofit independent schools and/or NAIS member schools within the United States. |
Associations | Other nonprofit organizations that are concerned with independent schools. These include associations, foundations, coordinating bodies and agencies. Organizations must be entitled to tax exemption under Section 501 (c) (3). |
Corporate Members | Organizations operated for profit and thus not eligible for school or association membership, but that are interested in the work of the Association. |
