Karen is the Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid at Francis W. Parker School in Chicago, Illinois where she has been on the Admission and Financial Aid team since 2004. In addition to managing the Admission Team, she manages Parker's $4.5 million scholarship program. Karen also serves on Parker's Administrative Leadership Team. In her former career, Karen was a litigation attorney. She holds a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a Master's Degree in Management from North Park University's Graduate School of Business. Karen is a member of the AISAP Board of Directors and serves as Chair of the Governance Committee. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, and a committed volunteer in Chicago's nonprofit sector in the areas of social justice, law and human services.
