AISAP PATHWAYS ©

Compensation, Salary & Benefits Survey

Thank you for participating in AISAP PATHWAYS © Compensation, Salary & Benefits Survey for academic year 2015-2016  This year we have made the PATHWAYS © Survey MUCH easier and much shorter!  Our data-gathering period of 60 days is now over.  We are now analyzing the data and preparing the 2015-16 Annual Compensation Salary & Benefits Report with expected release as soon as possible--look for an announcement here on the AISAP website.

The ALL NEW PATHWAYS © Survey took about 15 minutes to complete and was organized into 3 quick sections:

1. Your Career Pathway
      Your Job
      Your Experience
      Your Compensation
      Your Time
2. Your Personal Profile
      About You
      About Your School
3. Your School's Statistics
      Your Department
      Your Budget
      Your Population

This year we were EXTREMELY excited to extend the survey not only to our Admission professionals, but also to our Financial Aid and MarCom colleagues!

At the conclusion of the PATHWAYS © Survey, you had immediate access to a quick "snapshot" report of data entered by your peers.  As a thank you for those who did complete the survey, we will email a complimentary copy of the 2015-16 Annual Compensation, Salary & Benefits Report to all AISAP members and to non-members who participated as soon as it is available (a $60 value).

As one more way to express our appreciation, those who have participated in the PATHWAYS © Survey will be awarded a 2015-16 Pathways Participant ribbon for your profile on our community, the AISAP Exchange.  The ribbons will be awarded once the report is released.
