Congratulations to those admission and enrollment professionals who have completed their first admission round and sent decisions to applicants. Though enrollment will likely continue through the spring and summer for many, now is the time to shift to yield strategies in order to show your value as a school community for each admitted student.
Dr. Harry Bloom of Measuring Success has written a piece where he says, in most schools, there is no one tasked with managing the components driving relative perceived value, and this is a major barrier to enrollment and financial vitality. As a result, he feels now is the time to formalize the Admission Director as the de jure Chief Value Proposition Officer. Download the article here
