    Hello –

At MPA, we're looking to build upon existing programs we have in place to support new students' transition into MPA. We currently utilize a combination of buddy programs, orientations, and new family events. Some work well, some are due to be reimagined. I'm curious about programs you may have at your schools for all ages – lower, middle, and upper school - as well as those for new parents, whether they are designed for the beginning of the year or ongoing throughout the year. If you are willing to share more via phone or email, please let me know. Many thanks in advance!

    Hi Craig,
I'm happy to talk you through the onboarding process at Episcopal School of Jacksonville. We are a 6-12, co-ed day school in Jacksonville, Florida with about 900 kiddos.  We utilize both parent and student ambassadors, two large events and individualized opportunities throughout the first year to support the transition of new families.  It's been an evolving process over 4 years.  We have great feedback from new families.  Let me know if you'd like to schedule a call next week!

    Sincerely,
    Amy
