    Hi All,

    I hope everyone is enjoying a quiet start to summer. 

    We are in the process of creating a style guide (I know, we're late to the process) and looking at a rebranding. Our advancement team has some concerns about changing our seal (most commonly known as the logo) and having our alumni reaction be horrible and potentially lead down the road of disengagement from the school. I am hoping to hear from any high schools who have gone through the rebranding process and took into consideration alumni voices or how they handled the change for those who are so connected to the logo.

    We went through a rebrand in 2013, and then further updated in 2018. During these processes we developed a modern logo as well as other supporting elements (colors, fonts, slogans etc.). However we did so in a way that could work in conjunction with our original traditional logo. We will use the modern logo and supporting elements on our outward facing marketing pieces and banners and will still use the traditional on formal letterhead, permanent campus signage and alumni materials.
