Hi. Can you please let me know which administrators are present during a meeting in which you are counseling out a student?

    Thanks in advance,

    Amy

    Hi Amy,

This is such a difficult part of enrollment management, no doubt, but I'm confident that the family and the school can emerge from these meetings and this step forward feeling valued and ready to have this be part of a student's story but not their defining moment.  At Randolph, the Division Head has usually had all of the preliminary meetings throughout the school year and then the final one or two involves our Assistant Head of School for Academics - sometimes solo.  Of course, it often falls to the enrollment management office to finalize the withdrawal process, so that's often the last formal conversation that a family has with the school.

I hope this helps - happy to talk more -
