I would love to hear how some schools have handled families with young children (grades K-4) who travel throughout the year. For us mid-year admits are fairly straight forward, but the 1-3 month/s absence and then return get more complicated. Certainly, for the child and other students in the class, there are challenges with curriculum, socialization projects etc. Can someone share their experience in working with another independent school through this process? We have not attempted this back and forth split yet, but with a high profile family/ lifestyle, it may be warranted.
Thanks in advance, I appreciate the help and suggestions here!
