    We all have bias but what is implicit bias and how does it impact our admission and enrollment processes? Join facilitators from DeEtta Jones & Associates to gain a deeper understanding about bias and discuss best practices for removing implicit bias in the admissions and financial aid awarding processes.

    The objectives of this session are to:
    ● Learn, share, and discuss biases and barriers that impact the admissions and enrollment processes
    ● Identify common concerns and identify ways to address them
    ● Recommend organizational values that can enable school admissions professionals to facilitate equitable and bias-free admissions processes

    Have you taken the time to think about your enrollment practices through a DEI lens? How might you go about conducting a DEI audit in your office to strengthen your processes? Join two admission professionals who will share their experiences as they have examined their enrollment practices and processes through a DEI lens and implemented change.
