The admission committee is a critical component of overall enrollment strategy and success. Involving other members of your school community in the admission process increases buy-in, collaboration, and clarity around the academic mission. Who should serve on the admission committee? What training should be provided to the committee members? How can meetings be run for maximum effectiveness? Join two admission directors from two different types of schools who will share their process and thoughts on how to create and manage an impactful admission committee.
