Webinar | Set Tuition to Enhance Relative Perceived Value and Grow Enrollment

When:  Oct 20, 2021 from 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM (ET)
Set Tuition to Enhance Relative Perceived Value and Grow Enrollment with Harry Bloom
Setting tuition is a complex process that can have huge impact on a school’s competitive position and financial vitality. Simply adjusting tuition by evaluating per student costs or pegging tuition rates to those of competition risks missing the more important calculation of net relative perceived value. Net relative perceived value is the ratio of your school’s tuition to its perceived value in the marketplace compared to competition’s. It is net relative perceived value that will ultimately determine a school’s ability to maintain current students and grow applications and enrollment. If a school loses sight of how its tuition relates to its net relative perceived value, it runs the risk of over or under pricing tuition. The impact of this can be hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost tuition revenue due to enrollment declines on the one hand, or equal dollars in forfeited tuition revenue that might have been used to support the educational program. Please join Dr. Harry Bloom of Measuring Success for an interactive discussion about how your school can set tuition in a manner that enhances enrollment.
