Presenter:  Davion Fleming, Associate Director of Admissions, The Nueva School

Davion joined Nueva as the Associate Director of Admissions 2 years ago. Davion has a BA in philosophy and religious studies and a MS in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern. Before Nueva, Davion worked in Northwestern's admissions office for nearly 4 years, focused on the visit experience. Now in year 3, Davion's been able to further support Nueva as a College Counselor and 9th Grade Dean. In my free time Davion enjoys running, sports, reading, writing, music, and of course, my dog, Sophie.


Presenter:  Alexis Harrell, Associate Director of Admissions, Brentwood School

Alexis Harrell, Associate Director of Admissions, is going into her 5th year in Admissions at Brentwood School in Los Angeles. In addition to her role in admissions at Brentwood, she is also the Chair of the 9th Grade Foundations Department, a 9th Grade course where students discuss ethics, multiculturalism, and human development. Prior to working at Brentwood School, she was an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Northwestern University, her alma mater. Alexis holds a BS in Human Development and Psychological Services from Northwestern and a MEd in Educational Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
