As our schools’ enrollment managers, we’re expected to provide an answer to the big question every year: What will our overall enrollment be? But we all know that this one big question actually consists of a dozen smaller ones: what’s the enrollment now? Have we heard any rumors of families withdrawing? How well have we been converting inquiries to applicants? How strong has our yield been recently? In Part 1 of the Data Bootcamp, I’ll provide you with a variety of short worksheets and reports you can create to more effectively collect answers to these questions. Samples will be provided to allow you to plug in your own school’s data and to modify the reports for your school’s specific needs.
