As THE home for independent school admission and enrollment management professionals, we want to ensure you are getting the most value possible from your membership. This webinar will help you become more connected with the AISAP community and find out how we can support you and your school. There will be plenty of time for any questions about AISAP or our services.
This webinar is free and open to all, but pre-registration is required. A recording of the webinar, slides, and notes will be sent to all registrants after the event. This webinar is offered periodically, so you can also join a future webinar if you want to learn more.

Janice Crampton, Executive Director and CEO, AISAP
In July 2007, AISAP Board of Directors appointed Janice Crampton to serve as their CEO/Executive Director. She brings more than 35 years of experience in school and university enrollment management experience to the organization. AISAP is a global association whose mission and vision
to support and advance those involved in admission and enrollment management in their responsibilities for advancing
mission and financial sustainability.
Janice Crampton lectures internationally on topics directly related to the strategic as well as operational duties and tasks associated with Enrollment Management. She is passionate and committed to AISAP’s mission and vision as well as AISAP’s statements on Ethical Behavior and Best Practice and the Standards and Competencies for Admission Professional & Enrollment Professionals. Janice speaks to State, Regional, National as well as Institutional Leadership on the importance of advancing the Admission Profession at Independent Schools.
Presenter:
Debby Murphy, Director of Education and Learning, AISAP
Debby Murphy has served as an independent school administrator for 26 years. She served as Andover’s Senior Associate Dean of Admission from 1991-2008 and then as the Director of Alumni Engagement from 2008-2015.
More recently, Debby worked at Nashoba Brooks School, a PreK-8th grade, all-girls school in Concord, Massachussetts, where she was the Assistant Head for Advancement and Enrollment. In this role, Debby launched a new Advancement team and was responsible for strategy and day-to-day operations for admission, development & alumni relations and marketing & communications.
A graduate of the University of Virginia and Phillips Academy, Debby grew up in Florida and attended a K-9 independent school. She recognizes the unique environment fostered by independent schools and is passionate about her work with mission-driven institutions that are dedicated to providing a transformational education for students. Debby completed her Master of Education at Boston University in 1997.
