Building from this partnership, a strategic marketing and enrollment plan was built to guide all facets of the collective effort, successfully balancing the “art and science” of the workflow. Every stage of the admission and enrollment process is analyzed and unique communication is developed to nurture conversion from one stage to the next. This session will offer insight into creating an effective partnership, how to build and execute a strategic plan, and how you can individualize your communications to maximize potential with your prospective family pool. 



Craig Dodson
Presenter:  Craig Dodson, Director of Admission and Enrollment Management, Mounds Park Academy

Craig Dodson has been the director of admission at Mounds Park Academy since 2014. Prior to joining MPA, he held roles in college counseling in another independent school setting as well as admission, financial aid, and academic advising for both public and private universities. As a lifelong athlete and coach of rowing and Nordic skiing, Craig believes deeply in the power of coaching and mentorship and applies this approach with both his colleagues and families with whom he works.


Natalie Waters Seum
Presenter:  Natalie Waters Seum, Director of Communications and Marketing, Mounds Park Academy

Natalie Waters Seum has been the director of communications and marketing at Mounds Park Academy for three years. She came to MPA after 22 years in consulting for nonprofit and government organizations, primarily in the fields of education and service. Natalie believes in the power of strategic communications to elevate all that is good for children and communities.
