Virtual Event | New to Director Day 1

Join us for this interactive hands-on workshop for the new admission director. If you are completing your first year as a Director of Admission or about to begin your journey as a new director, this workshop is for you! Our time together as a cohort and the sessions offered will set you up for success as a new director. Through personal reflection, you will learn more about yourself as a leader and map out goals and strategies connected to the admission and enrollment calendar. You will hear from other leaders in the field on “lessons learned” and have the opportunity for breakout discussions with like-minded admission and enrollment professionals at the same point in their journey.

In this workshop you will learn about:

  • Governance and the relationship between you, the Board, and the Head of School
  • Ethical Behavior, Best Practices & ADA compliance
  • Key concepts and a primer on School finances, Marketing for Enrollment, and Team Management
  • Your role and responsibilities when managing up, down, and across
