Join us for four-part master class where you will learn the importance of Strategic Enrollment Planning, the vital components of a plan, and how to develop an integrated strategic plan to drive towards your enrollment goals. Topics highlighted include institutional strategies to achieve success; the identification of institutional, organizational, and individual goals; the use of national, regional, and local data; and examples of tactics for reaching those goals. You will leave this session with a draft of a strategic enrollment plan that you can bring back to your team and leadership for input and implementation.
