The Certified Admission and Enrollment Management Professional Program

What is the AISAP CAEP?

The Certified Admission and Enrollment Management Professional Program (Copyright © 2015 AISAP. All rights reserved) is designed to allow admission professionals and other school leaders to gain and demonstrate their knowledge of enrollment management. Devised using the framework of AISAP’s Standards & Competencies for Admission and Enrollment Management Professionals, and endorsed and supported by Vanderbilt’s Peabody Professional Program, the certification framework and content supports those individuals responsible for admission and enrollment management to meet the challenges of the admission landscape as well as understand the leadership role admission plays in a school’s advancement. Additionally it has been created to elevate professional standards and enhance individual performance. Earning the CAEP, CAEP-L (Leader), and CAEP-M (Master) certification is the trademark of a committed admission and enrollment management professional and those who support the advancement of the profession. Launched in January 2016, the CAEP Program begins your journey and serves as the launch for a process that will demonstrate your understanding of the role admission and enrollment management plays in ensuring institutional health.

What are the Benefits?

Earning the AISAP CAEP certification serves as a distinction to all in the profession as to your understanding as well as support and commitment to the profession. This recognition will validate your skills in enrollment management, supports your value as a member of the schools leadership team, enhances confidence in the ever changing landscape of independent school admission, demonstrates your commitment to the profession of enrollment management and distinguish you from peers and other school leaders.

How Can I Begin the Process and When Can I Start?

Starting the process of earning and maintaining your CAEP is a three-part process. Candidates must first meet eligibility requirements and submit an application. Once your application and eligibility requirements are confirmed you will be issued an offer of admission. You will be enrolled once you pay the enrollment fee (see below for appropriate fee). At that time, you will be given credentials that will give you access to the asynchronistic online learning platform. Once a candidate has earned the certification CAEP-M (Master) they must maintain it by fulfilling certification renewal requirements every year
