For over two decades, G. Bryan Fleming has been a champion for children, families, educators and communities in Albuquerque, NM, and the Twin Cities of Minnesota. Bryan brings many years of education and non-profit experience in a wide range of settings and organizations. Bryan has honed a unique blend of education and research acumen developed over his years as an educator, school administrator and community advocate.
Most recently, Bryan served for fourteen years as an admission professional with a Minneapolis independent school. Previous experience includes a successful career as an educator and administrator in public and private schools in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Hopkins, Minnesota.
Bryan holds a deep passion for non-profit and municipal governance and over the years he has served on the boards of several organizations in the Twin Cities. His current community engagement includes service as a member of the Friends of the Hennepin County Library Foundation Board, the PACER Center Advisory Board, and the Children’s Theatre Company Board of Governors.
A native of San Francisco, California, Bryan received his master’s degree in education administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, and has pursued post-graduate studies at Harvard University in education leadership and policy. He is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, with a BA in music education. A lifetime musician, Bryan lives in Prior Lake, Minnesota, and enjoys spending quality time with his daughter, family and friends, reading, cycling, golf, and live music venues of any sort – especially The Dakota and Orchestra Hall!
