Cancellation and Substitution Policy


 

All cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to billing@aisap.org. Substitutions are allowed for all programs or courses prior to starting the program or course, but member registrations are not transferable to non-members.

Administrative fees and refund eligibility are as follows:

School Fairs

*Webinars and online courses will be fully refunded when written cancellation is received at least 24 hours prior to webinar or course start time. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that the presentation recordings and any supporting documents will be emailed to all paid registrants.

Exceptions to our refund policy include medical and personal emergencies. Requests should be documented and will be considered for a partial refund.
