Part 2 of the 5 part Master Class Series

You can learn a lot about your school’s affordability reality by examining who’s applying for and who’s receiving your financial aid dollars.  Who’s in your applicant pool and who isn’t?  Who’s receiving aid at your school and who isn’t?  Does the distribution of aid dollars expose gaps or gluts in where the funding is going?  Explore what data about your applicants and recipient pools are critical to track over time and what the data suggest about your financial aid resource needs and strategies moving forward.  Share the ways in which you view your aggregate recipient pool, and how it changes over time, to determine if your award decisions are equitable and meet the program’s intended mission.
