Description:

This session is not an all-inclusive, legal discussion about perpetual re-enrollment, but rather a look at evergreen contracts from a PRACTICAL point of view.  We will investigate how evergreen contracts work, the problems of re-enrolling and how evergreen contracts address those problems, the timing of an evergreen contract, and the benefits or perpetual enrollment so that our families keep their warm, fuzzy feeling toward the school!
