Title: From Results to Action Items: AISAP’s 2018 Pathways Benchmarking Survey Results

Description: Getting paid too much (or too little) for your job? Is your staff so large you are looking for things for your colleagues to do? Or do you suffer from doing everything yourself at the risk of lacking vision? Join AISAP’s newest team member, Corey Wrinn, Institutional Research Coordinator, as he digs into the findings and trends resulting from AISAP’s 2018 global survey of Admission and Enrollment Management Professionals. This Pathways survey examined staffing size and salaries for all levels in each office. It also looked at skill sets and interests in relationship to AISAP’s Learning and Development Framework. The sharing of this survey will not only inform you and your office, but will seek to share insights and spark debate about our profession and navigating your professional journey.

Corey's Bio: Corey Wrinn is a researcher and business analyst with 10 years of experience in design, assessment, analytic modeling and data visualization. Master of Public Administration from the University of Connecticut and a Certificate in Project Leadership from Cornell.

He has worked in the public sector, and consulted with nonprofit organizations on fundraising and strategic planning. Within the educational sector, he has designed financial aid models, developed research on emerging markets, chaired focus groups, and conducted faculty evaluations in support of the institution's mission.

Currently, Corey is the Director of Institutional Research at Choate Rosemary Hall and supports AISAP through survey research and analysis.
