How do I use my new CAEP designation?
We are thrilled that you have joined the ranks of a proud Certified Admission and Enrollment Management Professional! As a member of this prestigious group, we want to help you maximize the benefits of your new designation.
1. Download and Display your CAEP Seal
We encourage you to display this seal prominently as a representation of your commitment to the private school admission and enrollment management profession.
Please note that the AISAP CAEP seal is reserved only for those who have completed the CAEP course. It may not be used in any manner that, as determined in the sole judgment of AISAP, suggests or implies the following:
1) that a CAEP designee is in any way an agent of AISAP; or
2) that AISAP in any way warrants, approves, or endorses any product or service provided by a CAEP designee;
Sample language approved for use with the CAEP designation seal:
[School Name] is proud that our admission team has members who are CAEP certified by the Association of Independent School Admission Professions in show of our support of the admission community and our commitment to strive for excellence in our enrollment programs and practices.
If you would like AISAP to review language for use with the CAEP designation seal, please contact us at coordinator@aisap.org.
2. Use your CAEP Designation
All admission or enrollment management professionals who completed the CAEP course, passed the final assessment, and submitted their final assessment essay, including those retired, have earned the CAEP designation and are tracked in the national database.
For the first two years, you can use the CAEP designation in conjunction with other active designations
For example:
John Doe, J.D., CAEP; or
John Doe, CAEP
Jane Smith, LCSW, CAEP; or
Jane Smith, CAEP
Those who hold more than one designation should only use the CAEP designation once.
For example:
John Doe, CAEP, CAE, CMP
Ideas for using your CAEP designation:
1) Your business cards, along with the official CAEP seal
2) Your email signature, with your CAEP designation after your name, for example:
