Navigating the Enrollment Pathways to Success
This professional development program is designed to address the challenges posed by the "enrollment cliff." Due to steadily declining birth rates since the 2008 recession, corresponding drops in enrollment are expected to begin this year and continue through 2041. It’s vitally important for admission and enrollment professionals to brace for that reality.
How have demographic changes affected the pool of prospective and current families in your school over time? How are you addressing these challenges to meet your enrollment goals? What data or tools do you use to track demographic changes in your communities? What are the key trends that you would like to monitor?
You will explore strategies to adapt to demographic shifts, enhance recruitment efforts, and ensure financial stability. Through sessions with experts, and networking opportunities, attendees will gain the tools and knowledge needed to navigate this critical period effectively.
- All registrants will be emailed access to presentation recordings and resources within 1 business day after the live event.
