Advancing Women in Admission and Enrollment Leadership credential program is a cohort-based professional learning experience designed for mid-career women leaders in independent school admission and enrollment. The series responds directly to the professional and personal leadership challenges women frequently encounter in admissions roles, including burnout, perfectionism, delegation hesitancy, and navigating difficult conversations with confidence.
Through a combination of expert-led sessions, facilitated peer dialogue, and structured reflection, participants will strengthen their leadership presence, build sustainable leadership practices, and cultivate a supportive professional network. Two follow-up cohort reunion after the conclusion of the series reinforces learning, accountability, and long-term impact.
This credential program is for:
- Mid-career women admissions professionals emerging, advancing and mastering in their roles.
- Directors, associate directors, and senior admissions staff
- Professionals preparing for broader leadership responsibility within admissions/enrollment management
Note: This opportunity is open to anyone who identifies as a woman in any way that is significant to them, including those who identify as trans, non-binary, gender-nonconforming, or gender-fluid.
Program Format:
- Cohort-based model to foster trust, shared learning, and connection
- Optional cohort reunion (90 minutes) held 3–6 months post-program
- Prework- Registrants will be sent “pre-work” ahead of sessions.
- Five 60-minute virtual sessions delivered over a defined period
- Four interactive, content-based sessions
- One facilitated peer discussion and reflection session
