Webinar | Rightsizing Your School to Strengthen Perceived Value and Enrollment

When:  May 14, 2020 from 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM (ET)
Given current challenges, is it prudent to consider a plan to “right size” during this time? Measuring Success’ research and experience indicate that perceived value relative to tuition drives independent school enrollment. Since the Great Recession of 2008-9, Dr. Harry Bloom of Measuring Success has been working with scores of schools to utilize advanced benchmarking and financial re-engineering techniques to reduce costs, increase non tuition revenue and improve their value equations in the marketplace. Given the impact of Covid-19 upon families’ ability to pay tuition, now, is the perfect time for Enrollment Managers to learn about these proven techniques and advocate for their implementation in order to strengthen enrollment and enhance their schools’ value relative to tuition.
