Enrollment Management Professionals Of Color Summit - EM:POC

This program serves any person of color who has a role in the enrollment management process – enrollment, admission, marketing and communications, advancement, head of school, or faculty. 

The EMPOC Summit is committed to empowering enrollment management professionals of color through comprehensive professional development programs. By utilizing the expertise of our faculty and our collective resources, we aim to create pathways for success that address the unique challenges faced by these professionals. We intend to build a community where every participant of color can attain their professional goals and contribute meaningfully to advancing the mission of the school using the uniquenesses that they bring to these educational environments.
