Ronald Crampton

Ron Crampton is the Director of Finance and Operations. He began his career with the association in 2012 after serving 25 years in various capacities of sales management and marketing in both the consumer products and manufacturing industries. His keen focus, understanding and knowledge of marketing, budgeting, analytics, accounting and finance strategy serve him well in his role with AISAP. 

Ron directs and oversees all aspects of the association’s finances, including the development and management of budgets, preparation of statements and reports for the association’s board. Ron also establishes and manages strategic business functions for the association, including human resources, forecasting, systems and analytics. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the operational administration of the association, as well as guiding all association financial decisions through establishing, monitoring and enforcing AISAP policies and procedures.

Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Central Connecticut State University.
